Banned: Probably Power leveling.
Issue: I didn't know playing with my brother in the same room caused us to go against terms of service.
Is it possible to reverse the Banned account to Suspension I admit that at one point i played both accounts, however I stopped once I found out this was illegal. I no longer intend to do this with any of my characters.
A permanent ban is so harsh. Ty for your time.
