Banned due to mining

My account got banned due to the mining the instant re-spawning Rich Thorium Vein at Un'goro.

Based on your post made for that issue my responses are the following (which you can investigate):
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
When the message pop-up i instantly stopped mining and used my Hearthstone back to Orgrimar where i stayed confused without knowing what to do and realizing that i was in trouble. I wasn't aware of the previous bans on Silithus and i just wished that i wouldn't lost my account for couple of gold.

2- All the exploited items must have been removed
The items are not removed, they are on another character called: frlovb in the same account, feel free to remove all thorium ores/bars, arcane crystals, blue sapphire, azerothian diamonds and large opal (since i cant remember the exact amount of what i got so remove them all). No items were sold/traded/exchanged at all just moved to another char for space issues. I should have removed them already...

3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
No item has been sold either in AH or in any chat, no exchange took place. All the items are in "frlovb" char on the same account.

4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016

I was disappointing of my stupidity, i shouldn't have continue mining, do not know what i was thinking. It was a bad call which i regret, i do not care of i lose other thorium ores/bars or diamonds etc that i already had on my alt character, you can of course check the mail logs for more details and to validate that. I've invested a lot of time on my account and I've never done anything against the rules in the past, that was a single mistake and i will be glad if the ban can be lift so i can play again with my lock. I'm at your disposal for more information or anything else, do not hesitate to contact me.
