Perminent Bann Appeal- Clueless please help!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my appeal. So I don't know where to start. Most people on the forums are posting about getting banned for taking advantage of the gathering bug that just recently was addressed. But here's the thing, I don't have mining. And a few days ago when I did, I am 100% positive I wasn't getting an abnormal amount of hits on a single node. I've dumped DAYS of play time into this account and have had sooo much fun doing so, I'm just completely flustered here. To lose all that time and effort for nothing is just insane. I've never been anything but be kind to other players, never done any kind of illegal activity (account/gold buying/exploits of any kind). What can I do now? Hell I don't even know how I got banned I've followed the directions to a T and the only information I've gathered is "Your account has been banned permanently. You can ask for a review of your case in the Account issues sub-forum specifying a character name or create a new account to play by our rules. " So here I am. Please help me man I've done nothing wrong and really don't know where to go from here. Thank you again for your time. -Mike
