Banned

As I said in the other post, I've been out of town and haven't had much opportunity to play in addition to having my computer die on me. I tried logging on this evening only to find that my account had been closed/banned and I was wondering the reason?
I haven't bought gold, used any exploits, so I was wondering if it was possible to recover my account. The main character on the account is Makarovdreyr, a level 35 gnome mage on the PVP server.
