I'd like to know why it states "Your account has been banned permanently." on my account?

I'm in no understanding how this has happend?

I did read through serval other bans that it's been stated "Gold trafficking" if this is the case, the only thing that comes to my mind is when i borrow'd gold from a guild member, to buy epic mount. i did borrow 150 gold. but i also did pay the guy back a few weeks later. If this is the case i'd like an investigation, because this isent something i can protect myself from.

Remove the account name and write a character name instead.

Im very confused about the statement "Gold Trafficking"

As i stated above i did borrow gold to epic mount from a guildie, and i even did pay back the guy aswell. How can this be fair? how can i get a permenant bann for this reason?? im attending raid and all such stuff i even used alot of time to made it to level 60 like 10 days or so. i mean really how can this be fair????

What can i do to get my account unlocked again? i enjoy this game but as of my age is nearly 30 now, i just cant be asked to relevel ons again, i took off time from work to make this happen. What can be done to get unbanned???
