I was just playing with a friend of mine on your PvP realm and after doing a bunch of quests in Tirisfal Glades we were just wandering around Undercity when all of a sudden I get ejected from the game and presented with the perma-ban message. I log into my account on your website and, true enough, my account is permanently suspended from playing on your servers.
Now, even though my character wasn't too high level, I only had a level 6 Undead Warlock named Gallic, I really want to know the reasoning behind the ban, if not to save my current toon then at least to keep in mind for future reference.
