Banned account Sigler95

Hello,
My account name was Sigler95. I mainly played on Dabinme but I also had characters named Metrogoonin and Annjones. I was banned today and I honestly have no idea why. I am not a toxic player and rarely play with people that aren't my friends. The only thing I can think I can be banned for is a harmless general chat conversation, but who does occasionally swear in the general chat? Is there a reason I have been banned? And what are the steps to be removed from the banned list.
