Have i been banned?

Hello mods of Nostalrius.

Acc name: snigerabbaz
Character name: mormorsbaby
server: nostalrius PVP

ive tried connecting at the login screen and all i get is "unable to connect".
tried a couple of fixes in the support section of the forum.
suddenly i got the message "this account has been banned"
i then tried to create a new account and got the same message.
after that a friend of mine tried to log into my account and received the same message, and now he cant even login to his own account!

please help.
