Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Good evening.
I just got kicked off the game, and when I tried logging back in it said my account was closed.
I'm unable to find any information, and when I logged in onto the main website it redirected me here.
I have a few more days off of work, and I'd really like to continue playing.
My character name is: Tøxîç
My guild is: The Order
Please feel free to ask any guild members. I'm a very active player, and a contributing member to the society. I've even helped solve a case involving a gold hacker, and I've spotted multiple bot account in which I've reported to the Game Moderators. I'm sure you'll be find my contributions.
Please let me know when I'm able to log back into the game.

There must be some sort of mistake.
The only form of assistance (Aid) I use is an auto rotation macro.
Is there any way I could get more information?
Is there an appeal process?

I usually watch TV with my girlfriend while I'm playing World of Warcraft, and I use a macro so I don't have to focus whilst killing quest mobs.
Macros are allowed on Nostalrius, to my knowledge.
I've spent a ridiculous amount of time on Nostalrius, I've helped assist the GMs, I've contributed to helping new players, I'm super active on my Role-Playing guild..

I would really like more information.
This must be a misunderstanding.
