Sudden reclosure of reopened bank account.

Hello there again, fellow Nostalrians. A day or two ago I posted this thread: viewtopic.php?f=65&t=30178 after my bank had been banned. It was subsequently reopened for use, and I once again started playing the wow version of EVE online at the auction house.

It seems as though the account has once again been banned. I am not sure what flags I am setting off. Could I please have him once again reopened, and perhaps an investigation into why It keeps getting closed, so I can -not- set off those flags?
