Ban appeal - hummez

Dear GMs,

The 24.th of December around 14ish ST I did farm the bugged nodes that was implemented after server restart.

Resume:

As I was strollin down EPL, there was Plaguebloom nodes everywhere - I decided to herb and loot 3 nodes before contacting GM-staff. I checked most nodes around EPL and after gathering 4 stacks of plaguebloom I did edit my original GM-ticket in order for them to know that it was most nodes i EPL affected by the implementation. I was making staff aware of the issue and asked how I should act. The server message happend around 15ish and I immediately took HS to Kargath and flew to UC.

At this time I was discussing the bug abuse with various people and how to act in order to avoid ban. Most people was convinced that keeping the herbs instead of deleting them was the better choice as GM's most likely would compare numbers of illegitimately herbs in your bag/bank with the log of the nodes abused in order for them to ensure that no herbs was distrubuted or sold.

My GM-ticket had now been open for 1½ hour and I decided to go for a Stratholm live run with some folks. I banked all my stuff, including the illegitimately herbs. (Bear in mind that I still had a ticket open, asking how to act regarding the herbs). We finished our strat live within 1½ hour due to the 4 restarts/rollbacks and I was convinced that the restarts/roll backs had removed the illigal herbs from my bank.

As I was strollin out of Strat and heading for Tirion Fordring to turn in the painting the ban hammer hit me.

1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016

The only thing in question is the deletion of the illegitimately herbs as only God and GM's knows if the restarts/roll bakcs ate the banked herbs. If the case would be that there is still herbs in the bank, I would gladly under GM supervision delete them or have them deleted.

Merry christmas and happy new year.

Best regards.

Hummez.
