Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I just got permanently banned for semi-afking in AV while eating dinner. I was hitting my spacebar every now and then while eating for about 10-15minutes and then I randomly disconnected to see that I was banned. I do understand that it's morally wrong to do this towards my teammates but getting permbanned on a level 60 seems abit harsh.

Hopefully we can solve this in a way that satisfies both parties.

Yes I do realize it was a bad move and that I should've /afk'ed out instead, however, it seems abit harsh to get banned and lose over a month of progress for 10min of "free" honor. I would gladly accept a 3d ban or something like that to learn my lesson and never do it again.
