Account Closed - Demons and Vanilla Game Mechnanics

Character Name: Restinpieces
Realm: PVP
So earlier today I was sitting in another 25 minute AB queue when I decided to go to Sen'Jin village to see if I could find 4 lowbies to help me summon a doomguard (more fun than /afk in org). After getting 4 lowbies to help complete the ritual of doom (which spawned 2 doomguards), I also spawned an infernal in Sen'Jin. My AB queue then popped and after completing the game, I requeued and decided to see if the demons were still there while I was waiting. When I arrived a level 60 warrior was killing the demons, so I began banishing them and asking him to stop. At about this time was when a GM contacted me and told me that my account was being closed for summoning the demons, and I was then logged out of the game.
According to the ToS and Abathur's post regarding the topic (https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic. ... al#p183974), the summoning of demons is only bannable if they are summoned at the initial starting zones of new players (Valley of Trials, Deathknell, Red Cloud Mesa, etc), or if they disable important quest NPCs for an extended period of time which exceeds 24 hours. Here is an excerpt from Abathur's post: "Summoning demons at the listed zones below is a violation of our Terms of Use and players should report the respective player(s) accordingly. Please note that the Game Master Team does and will not intervene in areas outside the listed zones."
Thus, according to the ToS and Abathur's post regarding the clarification of what is meant by the "initial starting zones of new players," my ban was not justified. In fact, according to Abathur's post, I should not have been contacted by the Game Master team at all (as the demons were not in the starting areas of new players, and did not disable any NPCs for over 24 hours). The summoning and releasing of demons is unarguably a unique part of the vanilla experience that this server is attempting to recreate, and it seems that most of the Nostalrius community agrees that more rules should not be added regarding the summoning of demons, but instead the solution to summoned demons should be player-driven (https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic. ... t=infernal). I am not sure if the GM which banned me is fully aware of the rules regarding the summoning of demons, so I would appreciate it if a GM reviewed my case, or at least provided clarification about the rules so that future warlocks can avoid being banned simply for using their spells.
Thanks for your time.
