Ban Appeal

ive recently been banned from your server, and with this post i hope you guys overthink that decision and maybe lower my punishment.

First of all my story. It was christmas the 24th of december this year. Since this month has been really rough for me, ive been playing much more wow this month, than i usually do, and so did i on the 24th. Ive been farming some herbs this day, plagueblooms to be precise.I did this quite for some time before the server restarted, to apply the herbalism and mining patch you guys announced. So after logging back in again, Iof course wanted to continue and was exited to try out the new spawn rates. So i wandered through the plaguelands to gather some more herbs. After like 15 mins i found a gathering of like 7 hordes around 1 plaguebloom who see mengly gathered herbs out of infinitely. Quite surprised of this occurance i asked those guys whats the deal with this plant, and one guy replyd to me, that this thing is like a christmas gathering event,to stock up on some of those rare herbs and mining materials. So i joined them for like 10 mins gathered a few stack of plaguebloom to cover me for the next month of raiding for mongoose pots. After that i went to Orgrimmar, emptied my bags to the bank and logged off, since ive had to finish some things for the christmas dinner later on this day. I didnt try to log back in, till much later in the evening when i first realised that i got banned. Since i wasnt really sober at the time i decided to leave it at thatfor the moment and try to find a solution for this on a a later date. Because i was really busy and not in the best mood, i took my timetill today to try to settle this matter.
So ive read some forum posts, before i opened this thread. First of all i have to apologize to you guys for violating the server rules (at the time i really didnt know this thing is a bug and wasnt intended this way) and for taking so much of your time for reading through my request.Ive also read about the rules for applying a potential unban. All the conditionsyou have mentioned in your thread, i believe i do meet except for the one with deleting all the herbs. Like ive told you, I logged off before any message or such appeared and just deposited all my stuff to the bank.If u guys were so generous to give me another chance on your server i could makea video and post it of how i would delete all the herbs from my bank, be it legit ones or bugged ones, when i first log back in.The thing i like most about your server is that mostly everyone in this community sticks to the rules and again i have to say, i am really sorry that i broke your server rules.
I understand if you would deny my appeal, but i really hope there is still some christmas spirit in you guys left, to give this girl, who really had a bad end of year after her, another chance to play on your great server.If you have any questions i will try to answer them the best i can.
