Dear GM，

Sorry to bother you again, but I need to appeal for my account 'kakaoxen' again, which was banned earlier.



First, I have no intention to break any rules of the server. When I logged in on date 24th December 2015, I did not see the red font warnings from the server.



Secondly, I stopped immediately after I found out this was a bug.
As usual I went fishing in Azshara, then I found a rich thorium vein, which now I much regret, strangely the mine was never exhausted from mining, then I noticed this, I immediately asked my friend if this was a bug. My friend told me this was a bug, I stopped immediately, and left Azshara.


However, in one or two hours, my account was banned.



Lastly,I didn't trade or exchange any of the ore that I have got from the that mine.



I have to say that I love this game,and I love Nostalrius, I have many friends here, and now a un-intentional misktake will keep me from the game forever, I feel very sad.



Dear GM, therefore I write this appeal and hope you will check my game record that I did not intentionally utilized the bug to make profit, and I'd like to hand-in our destroy all the ore that I gain from the rich thorium vein.


I promise this kind of mistake will not happen again.

Happy new year!

We are the friends of Kakaoxen，we are here to support him.
Kakaoxen is almost a half-AFK-player，but he was always there when we need him.

We call him to help us raiding BWL because of a lack of tank on 24th Dec.
He came on-line and saw that cursed vein，then it happened,this poor boy didn't see the announcement of this bug when he logged in.
He asked me when he realized that might be a bug，i told him to stop mining then he left immediately.

We all shocked and felt very sad when we knew he was banned.We feel very sorry to call him come on-line at that bug time.That led him to a ban.

Kakaoxen is self-displined player，he never thought utilizeing bugs,you may check his past.
And he is a real gentleman，he likes to help those players who are low level or not with that good gears.

This shouldn't be his fate...

So dear GM,would you please give him a chance?He would never make this kind of stupid mistake again.We believe and we promise.
Don't take him from us please.
