I was banned on Dec. 24. (endless ore veins)
I could not fulfill the second condition listed by you, I have not seen a system announcement (perhaps I was offline or afk at this time) and did not know that I should remove from the bags obtained ore and stones. You are always doing a rollback, and I was sure that you should do it in this situation too. So all what I got should disappear on its own, and I immediately stopped digging and logged out of the game. The next time I tried to enter the game my account was banned, and I have not been able to clean the bags. Is it possible to empty my bags and unban me? Account "infarct", PvP server.

Vote for a 24hours window thair teh players got the chance to remove the stuff. would be great
Afterwards they have to post screenshot.
while tehy destroy the incorekt items.
I think thats would be fair for everyone.
So have all players teh chance to make it right.!!
