Suspended for 24 hours for saying one word

Hi i was asking a gm (Naealath) a question and he said "no we dont do this" as a reply i said "gay" and with no warning at all i was banned for 24 hours i didnt even get a chance to respond and apologize or anything.
After i was banned i created a new account to ask why i was banned the same gm responded (Naealath) telling me
After i had asked him to talk to another gm he closed the ticket and refused to let me talk to another GM also i tried making new tickets and he continued to close the tickets i was making to talk to another GM.
Please i recieved no warning and i would like the 24 hour suspension to be lifted. I am deeply sorry.
