Unable to connect.

Hey there board admins and wonderful staff. So I was playing on Nostalrius for about 4-5 months, and took a break as people do, due to some real life issues. I'm 95% sure I've entered my account in properly, but perhaps not the password. So I did a password reset on said account and changed the password. I'm unfortunately still getting the prompt "unable to connect", even with an active Internet connection, firewalls down, and trying on multiple PCs.

I'm not sure what the issue might be, so I'm coming to the board here for some assistance. Anything that helps will be greatly appreciated!

Ok now it's saying my account is permanently closed.

No idea what the deal is; tried password resets and just arbitrarily logging in.

Help please! :)

Greetings,

Too many incorrect login attempts will cause a temporary ban on the account to combat hacking attempts. Note that if you type in an incorrect password, it will say "unable to connect", so it seems that this is the issue.

I suggest trying to change your password again and making sure you type it in correctly. Otherwise, let us know the name of a character on the account and we can have a look to see if anything else is wrong.
