why is my account banned

my character is eazyè and I got banned, why did you ban me its just a prank.

Greetings,
The account associated with character Eazyè on the PVP server is not banned. Did you try to log in with an incorrect password too many times?

You will either need to remember the correct password, or change the password using an E-mail reset.
To do that, go to the Nostalrius Begins home page, https://en.nostalrius.org, click on "Login" at the top, then on the page that loads, click on the "Forgot your password?" link. Do not try to log in, click on the forgot password link instead. It will lead you through a password reset.

Greetings,
Your account associated with your character Eazyè is not banned.
The account you listed in your recent post however, is in fact banned for chat/spam related offenses, similar to the other five accounts you have had banned.

I can go on my account now thanks, I remembered the account name. I just have too many accounts that got banned, so I forgot the account name.
