my friend Sankara is banned, but we don't know why.
Please help us, and if he did anything wrong, let us know.
It would be a pleasure if his account would be released.

The account associated with character Sankara on the PVP realm has never been banned.

Most likely he tried to log in to the account with the wrong password too many times. He can either determine the correct password, or reset it by going to https://en.nostalrius.org, clicking on "Login" on the top, and then clicking the link on the resulting page "Forgot your password?"
