Account problem?

My brother's account with mage undead named "Frøsties" on PVP server has been closed.
We were playing together when it happened just before christmas.
I don't understand why, we never do gold trafficking or botting.
When he go into Nostalrius Begins homepage, he only can see : " Enjoy your stay on Nostalrius! " without any others messages.
If I can do anything to help you, or prove it , tell me. It's just unfortunate that we can't play...
