To whom it may concerned. I am the player Tcorice, who was banned because of one multboxing. I was informed that GM once warned me before, but this is not the fact. In fact, this is my first time doing so. Two weeks ago, my roommate increased his level by multboxing, whose name is Tcorich and Xiaos. And my game account Tcorice was never warned before. And GM clearly said at that time that he warned Tcorich and Xiaos, which is not me at all. GM banned my account just because of my first time multboxing. I think it is not in accordance with the rules:

IV. Last warning
A last warning is given before a permanent ban. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

Casinos;
Multiboxing;
Abuse of in-game bugs;
Any attempt to bribe a staff member;
Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor.

The truth is I have spent so much time and energy on my account for months, which is very important to me. If I have received final warning, I wouldn’t do anything against the rule. Please confirm the warning last time. The GM warned my roommate is Velsdra, who should remember that I never do multboxing before and passed the test, so he just warned two accounts of my roommates, but not me. Please confirm with him. You already received prior warning on multiboxing on the 23rd of December. You chose to do so again. You were made aware of the rules and you still hose to break them again. Not only that, but you chose to give falsified information here on your appeal.

Any attempt to mislead the Game Master team, or otherwise provide falsified information will result in sanctions on all accounts associated with the player.

Your accounts will remain permanently banned. Feel free to create a new account, without breaking our rules and lying to staff members.
