Yes, please investigate their case. Shisan and his wife were just playing together yesterday after we finished Blackwing Lair 6/8. Shisan was following his wife’s character. I guess it caused misunderstanding and they were both teleported to GM Island. They did follow GM’s instruction to run in circle individually. I knew GM informed them the conclusion of their case/ gave them a warning for multiboxing yesterday. But both of they cannot understand what GM said to them in GM Island. The truth is they never multibox. After that they were teleported out and they thought it’s just a misunderstanding.
Today, they were playing as usual. Shisan was raiding in Blackwing Lair and his wife was leveling on her own. Both of them got banned for account sharing. It’s unfair and ridiculous. Shisan is our guild master and main tank. He always complies with ToU and rules of this game. Please investigate his case and be free from prejudice.

I was also talking to shisan after the ban (have chat history for screenshot if needed). The reason for the delays in replying to all the GM's question on the island, is because they speak basically no english, and was typing everything into an online translator to comprehend what the GM wants. this probably made the GM suspicious of them multiboxing.

Likewise, Shisan was raiding BWL (raid ID # 1845) yesterday (Jan 3rd) as raid leader and main tank. He's also the guildmaster of POS. They were wiping on chromagus when he and blacknewnew both got ported (again) to the GM island today, and after a few communications with the GM in charge (I don't know the conversation) they both got disconnected and banned.

This is a great example what happens when people unable to understand English starts playing here.

How would you be able to read the ToU?
How would you be able to do support?
How would you interact with the game in general?

Blizzard did not allow 3rd party to do ban appeals for a reason.

The accounts associated with the characters Shisan and Blacknewnew have been pemanently banned for both multiboxing and account sharing. Both of these violations are strictly against our Terms of Use. The case was investigated a first time by a GM who determined that the accounts in question were multiboxing. This case was further investigated by a senior staff member, who determined that the accounts in question were not only multiboxing, but also being shared between players. Thus, the accounts will remain permanently banned. Feel free to create new accounts and follow our Terms of Use going forwards.
