This is the website I did appeal before viewtopic. viewtopic.php?f=65&t=30813 .The previous appeal was closed.
First of all, I really appreciate the investigation towards my account by GM team, and reply me in time. Thank you all for it.
You informed me that I used wrong information to mislead you, but actually I didn’t. The every single word in what I said in my previous appeal is truth. I believe if you confirm with that GM who sent warning that you can prove what I said. The account I use all the time is Tcorice, and I guarantee that it is my first time to do multboxing and get warned. The previous warning from you is for Tcorich and Xiaos. And GM asked me and my roommate to run by circle. As I never do Multiboxing, so he didn’t warn me. If you think I lie on it. Please ask GM: Velsdra who was in charge at that day. I would like to be responsible for my behavior, but I also hope to get a fair and confirmed judgment. It is true that today I did the multiboxing, but I indeed never received any warning before, which is the fact I repeat. If you told me as I was there when my roommates got warned, so those who didn’t do multiboxing also should realize the warning, I have nothing to say. IV. Last warning
A last warning is given before a permanent ban. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

Casinos;
Multiboxing;
Abuse of in-game bugs;
Any attempt to bribe a staff member;
Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor.

Finally, I sincerely hope you can check and confirm with the GM at that day, as I reported a hunter using script to increase level with my roommate to that GM, who should remember us. I just found my accounts: zhengyingbo0 (zero) zhengyingbo1,were banned, and those accounts were set up as my banks. From setting up, they were transferred to IF through transfer gate and never came out. The transactions within main city should not be against the rule. Why did they also banned? Just because the account names are similar? Or it is against the rule to set up bank account?

Any attempt to mislead the Game Master team, or otherwise provide falsified information will result in sanctions on all accounts associated with the player.
