ACCOUNT ISSUE / BUG ??? LOOK strange

my account login name is **** -- x -- **** my password is no longer working and sometimes it will randomly say account is closed , my account was never banned for anything or breaking any rules. strange bug. when i made my account i made a email address just for the account that i don't remember and don't have access too. i can tell you my last password and everything. Im wondering if my password still works and this account closed is a bug report. Please can a game master send me a message so i can fix my email also and resolve this issue, thank you!

Don't post your account name just character name they will find out your acc.
