Upon entering my shaman , everything is locked and can not do anything . The screen is locked and can only close it.

With my other characters , I go smoothly and everything works perfectly .

Delete your WDB/WTF folder after closing the game.

Before you do that, you can check if the issue persists through an addon by disabling all addons.

If both solutions don't work, we can only recommend to reinstall the game client to a different location.
