disappearing chars after dc

I was raiding zg with my guild and i got dced couldn't connect kept saying their was an error. Finally logged back in and my main was gone i then waited to see if it was bugged waited 20 mins my char was still gone

char name is frozengoat lvl 60 mage on the pvp server nostalrius begins

Second time I've seen this happen. Apparently, don't stay logged out in a raid for any extended time, especially when there's a server crash, which is daily. Take the time, if possible, to wait it out and log back in and hearth before you take any kind of extended absence from the game.

yes i did double check to make sure i was on the right server to see my characters

pretty sure you have logs about character deletion, I guess it'd be appropriate to check on this issue as disappearing chars are not desirable at all

You might want to check again. I've played with Frozengoat on the PvP server in the past. Unless they've deleted their character intentionally, there is something very wrong here.

This has happened to two of our guildies so far. There is deffo something up with crashing/dc'ing inside an instance and taking too long to log back on. You guys need to look into this before more people get their chars deleted.
