Hello there!

I'm more concerned then angry when I was banned as I don't have a clue why it happened!
My account name is --snip-- and my character is called Redtube.. contrary to what you're thinking now I've seen much more appropriate names at level60 which makes me believe that isn't my problem.

Your account has never been banned. Most likely you typed in your password incorrectly too many times - there is an automated but temporary lockout when someone does that. Wait an hour or so, and try again with the correct password.

If it keeps happening, you can change your password by going to https://en.nostalrius.org/login, and clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link (do NOT log in, just click the link). This at least will ensure you are using a password that is correct.

It's telling me that my account is banned when I try to log on to the game and also when I log into my account on the Nostalrius website. I definitely am using the correct password!

Thanks for the fast reply but I'm afraid it's still telling me I am banned. I would really like to play as I enjoy the server a lot!

Aha, you are on the PVE server not the PVP server - apologies, my bad. It looks like your account was banned by using chat channels on low level characters.

This ban is now under review.

Ah - also my apologies then haha I didn't know this was a problem as I had only starting using a low level (well rather then my boss level28 Druid).

Would be much appreciated if I could use it again! If not i guess I'll try a caster class and start again!
