Perma Ban

today i´ve seen my Ore account has been perma banned from the game. But i dont understand fully why.
All i do with him is giving him my ore, storing the ore in my Bank and then trading it back if needed on my main to skill the engineering stuff.
I dont level him, i dont chat with him, i do nothing with him but putting my ore to him like a classic bank char.
