Banned?

Hi, so I haven't been on Nostalrius for quite some time now but I went to log in today and it said my account has been closed and is not eligible for use. I have no idea why, is there anyway to check? I was able to log into this site fine and there is nothing else that states that I am banned or the reason behind it. Can anyone help? My charcters name is Jtown.
