Dear Nostalrius Staff,
my Guild Mate Xantii asked me to present his case for him, as his grasp of the english language isn’t the best, and he felt it was easier to tell me the Details in German and essentially have me translate for him.

As he tells it, during the Herb/Mining Node Spawn update there was a Bug where some nodes would not despawn once they were gathered.

He was farming Herbs in Felwood at the time, but he only gathered individual nodes once, no matter if they despawned or not, as he wanted to avoid getting banned again. He had another Character “Xantium” banned before for doing AQ Opening Event Turn ins, and wanted to avoid any action that could be interpreted as intentional bug abuse.

He even opened a GM Ticket from the Character “Xantii” to let GMs know that Herb spawns are bugged, but the ticket was closed after less than 5 minutes without any response or interaction by a GM.

Since his Characters Bank was Full, he sent the gathered Herbs to a Bank Character “Seelebrechen” - a Level 16 Warlock, which was on a different Account.

When a serverwide Message about the (De-)Spawn Bug was posted, he feared for his account, even tho he had not looted Herb Nodes multiple times, so he deleted ALL gathered Herbs once they arrived on “Seelebrechen” after the 1 hour delay of sending mail between accounts.

His account with the Character “Xantii” was banned nonetheless, and even though he himself tried to explain that the Herbs were all deleted, simply on a different account, his account remains banned until now.

2 Days after “Xantii” was banned, and remained banned, he deleted the character “Seelebrechen” entirely, and started an Undead Warlock “Rassist” on the very same Account, as he just needed to distract himself from the fact that another Account he invested a lot of time and effort in seemed lost, and also to have his peace and prevent Guild Members from being able to troll or harass him for “getting himself banned again”.

We would like to humbly request you check the serverlogs of December the 24th, so you can see that every single herb that was sent from “Xantii” to “Seelebrechen” was indead deleted on “Seelebrechen”, and therefore no matter what kind of nodes these herbs were looted from, there can be no doubt that there was no intention of profiting from the serverbug. As the Character “Rassist” is on the same Account, it should help finding the logs, even though the Character “Seelebrechen” does not exist anymore.

As “Xantium” was the Founder of our Guild “Drachensturm”, and we very much value the Player behind it, even with “Xantii” after his first ban, we would like to plead with you to please look into this matter if at all possible, as we would very deeply regret losing him over a misunderstanding.

His appeals were all denied because he didn't fullfill all requests, but decided to send materials to his ban instead of destroying them.

It´s the last try form my side. i dont want to spamm the forum or any. i just ask some freinds for help me, about my bad english. to explain it right how i it mean. and when the Nos team say no. Than it is how it is. And i will dont post again about this problem.
