Banned regarding "teabag" macro

Hi i was banned because i was using "teabag" macro ie; a script macro that repeat's stand and sitting, i had no idea this was against the TOS or that it was even regarded as anything bad, i have spent countless hours already on the Nost project and have made many pug's, please dont ban my main account because of my stupidity of using a teabag macro, if you could give me a second chance i wont use it again, if not i guess im done with wow.
