perma ban -- what???

tryed to log at my account today and saw - perma ban
i didnt play for 30 or 40 days so cant even imagine that

If your ban is older than 30 days you're out of luck. GM's don't handle cases older than 1 month no matter the reason.

so its not a GMs opinion . i dont have time to lvling agan it was hard to make quest for bow so what i have to do now? so i will wait GMs answer.
mb it is not solo problem. they have to do somtheing.
