Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'am abit confused over how this happened, but this is what i know: Some guy was selling one of the epic darkmoon cards for 70g wich i wanted to buy, i couldnt afford it at the time and asked him to CoD it to me, wich he did. Granted i let stay in the mailbox for far to long but i just didnt have the gold to spare to pay for it. I did intended to purchase it however, in time. So my idiot of a brother came to visit me, and asked if he could play on my account while i was away working etc. He doesnt have an account on his own, he plays the retail version. I told him all about the server, that it was blizzlike vanilla private server etc.
Anyway, i came home from work the next day to find out my account is banned for some reason i couldnt find out.
Obviously i knew my older brother had done what he always have done, as far back as retail vanilla, he has scammed someone, usually by offering to enchant something or similliar and take the mats and bail.
I woke his ass up and he told me he had attempted to scam the guy who had sent me the Darkmoon card for 70g wich i hadnt payed for. He had CoD the guy something for 70g hoping he would accept without looking to carefully. Some Gm and talked to him about this and he had been banned.

Now, i have no idea how i can prove this but it is the truth. And i completly agree it was a scamming attempt, because i know how my brother operates. I do also realize it might be against the rules to share an account, wich i did, for a couple of days while my brother visited me. And the guy in question, wich was scammed, should be refunded the gold ofcourse. But please reconsider of punishing me when i had little to no part in this scamming.
Look i feel sorry for the guy, and i do hold some of the responsibility. I lent my account to my brother who views private servers as a joke, he probably thought it was an instant lvl 60 server or whatever. And didn't care much for the consecvences. I'am ready to do anything to make this right. I put alot of time into that rogue and i do enjoy this server alot. I wont let my brother come near my PC again, i promise:D

Yeah it is definitely against the rules to share an account, so your account will stay banned for that regardless of any other circumstances. Why would you let someone play your account if you know that he has a long history of running scams? You should have known better. It takes like 10 minutes to set up an account. You should.have made him his own account and kept him far, far away from yours.

^^ this^^ sorry but your account will stay banned for account sharing alone, regardless of your story. Create a new account and keep your "brother" far from it

this is why you read the terms of use before investing the time to level a character to 60 at 1x XP.
