Banned for Botting?Give back my innocent,please!

Hello GM:
I wanna say, i never know what is botting,and never use botting!You can check the game date ,I play hard from level 1 to level 43,all date is normally!
I think one night for the reason, Maybe you say is in Sat,jan 9,i am down to RFD first time,when i played with my teammate happyness,my character cut down the server suddenly,when i board server again after one minute ago,i can't found my teammate and i'm not in team,and i can't found one monster by my sids，i think maybe my teammate is in front,so i walk the way along the road until i‘m cut down the server again after 2 minutes(just now ,i think the question is the server).One munute ago,I board server again,i found i'm in team,and my teammate is waiting for me,everything is back to normal！But my character has dead in monsters and far away from my teammates(position is cut down position last time,i'm walk so far),they ask me why you die the position so far suddenly?I say idon't konw ,i have cut down the server twice just ago.
I'm saying it's true.I can swear！You can check your game date,GM!I don't have to use bot！Please give back my innocent， thank you,@ GM team.
