I just got banned and looking through some posts (I didn't get any information for why I got banned whatsoever on the homepage) I think it might have been an automated issue (spambot filter or w/e).
Since I'm only lvl 5 and got banned immediately after typing into the /2 (or /1 in sw, not really sure) it sounds quite reasonable.

It sounds like you were banned by the automatic spam system. If so, a GM should be able to revert the ban soon.

It is recommended that you don't use the chat channels before reaching level 15. Annoying, but necessary to combat the chinese gold sellers.
