from unable to connect to account has been closed

Hey there,

My account with character Seemos is unavailable. I didnt play in a while and now when I log in i got "unable to connect" yesterday, today after trying a few more times (with unable to connect message) I get the "the world of warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available".

whats the dealio with this?

Greetings,

Your account has never been banned.

You have most likely entered the wrong login credentials multiple times and got an automatic IP Ban which will lift on its own after 1-2 hours.

If you forgot your password, you can resett it here
