Hello, my account result banned, and i dont know why.
Can u help me please?
I went to dinner, leaved my PC on and because i won't loose my conjured water i've used my Logitech Keyboard.
I know, because i've read the term of use, that i cant use any kind of bot programs but was just for didn't lose the conjued item's. I'll never used any kind of cheats to take advantages in game, was just a stupid method to avoid afk and log out.

If you used an automation program of any kind your account will stay permanently banned. Nost had a zero tolerance policy against such offenses.
