No investigations are closed until an outcome has been found. Keep in mind that your case is not the only one in the queue pending investigation, and that Game Masters are using their freetime on investigations.

Please remain patient as the investigation could take weeks before it is concluded. And as i mentioned earlier, i strongly advise that you refrain from attempting to put Game Masters in a hurry.
