This means you either bought or sold gold.

But I did not sell anything for real. I just helped a few of my friends for 1-5 gold. No more.
And once I borrowed 200 gold for my guildmate to buy some things.
It's all.
Please look into this issue , I played for a long time and put a lot of time in this character . I hope for your favor...

I apologize for that. But you must understand me. I'm not to blame for the reason for which my character was banned . If the investigation is more than 2 months , it will be closed. And I want to get the result.

No investigations are closed until an outcome has been found. Keep in mind that your case is not the only one in the queue pending investigation, and that Game Masters are using their freetime on investigations.
Please remain patient as the investigation could take weeks before it is concluded. And as i mentioned earlier, i strongly advise that you refrain from attempting to put Game Masters in a hurry.
