Remove the account name, this is half the information needed for Chinese hackers to hack the account.
The GM's only need the character and realm name.

Greetings,
no account exists with that name. However, there is a character with that name and the account for it has been banned as compromised - meaning that someone else than the original owner has gained control of it. As account security is solely the responsibility of the player, this account will remain banned.
