Banned with no reason

Hello,
I got again the same problem now, like it was bevor 3 months.
I can't login to my account, it says first "Unable to connect" and then "Banned" .

Hello,
Yes I have bought gold and i very regrit it now.
I done the gold trafficking on 13.01.2016 at 12:25 am.
First i was getting 500g and 17 minutes later 100g from a Troll lvl 1 character.
Bevor the trade i done a "IP reset" and used a second account from me great a character with the nick "Brabass".
After the trade i send the gold to my other characters/account and deleted "Brabass" also doing again a "IP reset".
I was aware that it is wrong but the offer was tempting..., well i am already punished with the waste from 81,28 $ for 600g but it would be very nice if I get a second chance.

Although it is nice to see a honest man for once, permanent still means permanent.
The GM's will just tell you that you can create a new account and follow the rules this time.
