Account banned?

Was playing in an AB premade. and i got mindcontrolled and Dc, when trying to log in it said acc is closed .
and i have recieved an permenent ban? what is the reason for this? I have not done anything against the rules

Remove the account name, this is half the information needed for Chinese hackers to hack the account.

All the GM's only need the character and realm name.
