Review: Banned for Gold Trafficking

I am writing to request a review of the status of my Nostalrius account.
My account was terminated approximately three months ago (I don't remember the exact date). At the time I was not explicitly provided with a reason as to why, however I had knowingly purchased gold from a third party in order to level my professions, so my assumption is that this was the reason; thus I have not made, and will not make any attempt to dispute the decision. Nevertheless, having had the opportunity to reflect on my actions, I have come to understand that my behavior has the potential to be disastrous for Nostalrius and the community at large. I have also come to understand that I am responsible for facilitating the exploitation of individuals who may be involuntarily involved within the gold trafficking industry; and I have to live with that. In the past, I would have bought gold without a second thought, but now I understand that what I did was Morally wrong, I sincerely apologise for my behavior and I can say with one hundred percent certainty that it will not ever happen again.
I would like to invite the Game Masters to review the status of my account on the basis of what I have previously disclosed. As I have previously stated, the purchased gold was used primarily in order to level my professions, I would therefore like to propose that as punishment these professions be rolled back to zero, and my character to be stripped of all gold and items which may have been obtained through the use of illicit gold. I would also expect a temporary ban for a length of time, anywhere between seven and twenty eight days. I would very much appreciative of a second chance, I am passionate about Nostalrius and about the community.
If this appeal does not return in my favor, am I within my right / do I have grounds to reserve the name that has been previously been banned for my new character?
