my Account got perm banned and i didnt know about the reason.

Both accounts have never been banned.
You most likely got an automatic IP ban due to several failed login attempts which will lift after 1-2 hours.

Thanks for the answer. But I rebooted the modem, which changes the IP, the result is the same, try again later. Password remember.
Just a question, is accidentally deleted from Gwynbleidd account Muuuwar 39 lvl warrior tauren , can not be recovered?

Hello, it took more than 2 hours after a login attempt. Until now he writes about the ban.
Maybe I have the wrong character's name, email identical data on this profile. Also at the account level 20 warrior is a human Gvwynblaidd OR Gwynbleidd.

About a month ago I presented the man from the guild of about 10 Gold form Muuwar. I comeback month later, my character Muuwar 39lvl is missing. Yesterday wanted to check again and found account banned.
