In Accurate Accusation of Botting on my friend's Behalf

Yesterday sometime, you banned my leader and friend Oloryn for botting. This is entirely a mistake, for some reason he loves fishing in WoW, I've hardly ever bothered with fishing on retail. He told me of all the good fishing spots and got me into fishing. He ENJOYS fishing. Yesterday he went AFK (Away From Keyboard) while at a fishing spot, a GM tried to contact him during this time, and since he did not reply while out at his fishing spot, he was accused of botting.
This is all accusations, and not a very good policy to use when considering if someone is botting. He doesn't even know how to set up a botting program. This is very unprofessional, you must have actual proof he was botting, not that he didn't reply to a GM while AFK. This is very dissatisfying, he spent HOURS grinding away to hit 60, he likely spent even more hours farming all those herbs and fish! DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHY? He was planning on dropping herbalism for alchemy, but didn't want to buy all the herbs off the Auction House, so he figured he'd just farm an insane amount of herbs & fish to level his alchemy without Herbalism, and to get Epic Mount, as is necessary in the PvP world.
He didn't breach any Terms of Use or Terms of Service, You have Nostalrius Staff, I am seriously disappointed by this. You mustn't ever ASSUME someone is botting, rely on actual software information (like using a such a program) or by people who report Botters, people do, I do. I want this realm to be great, cause it can be! But this cannot just be swept under the rug.
You have to understand how upsetting this can be for a individual and/or Guild all together. I don't want a post saying he was caught botting, I want actual proof of this accusation Nostalrius Staff.
I hope we can resolve this misunderstand and conflict.
