After server crash attempting to login multiple times stuck at loading screen or retrieving character. Eventually said my account was banned. I then went to the website to confirm that this was real. Which lead me here to appeal. I have never done anything bannable. I would like to get back on to continue raiding. No idea what this is about. I was in the middle of a DM run when the server crashed. Please fix as soon as possible. Thanks.

Dont forget about me! I see you're very busy with all these reviews and whatnot, I just don't want to be left behind. Its been about a week now. I've seen on other posts that you say reviews can take several weeks. So just giving myself a bump.
