To whom it may concern,

I tried to log in this morning and found that I was banned. I speculate this has to deal with my sudden location change. During winter break I played at my family's residence in Basel Switzerland, using their wireless connection. However when winter break ended, I commuted back to Lugano Switzerland where I study at university. Here, I was unable to connect to Nostalrius using the school's public wifi. Reading the forums and the Beginner's Guide, I sought to find a solution. I asked a friend for advice who showed me a service he uses to strengthen his connection. This was a VPN service whose country setting I made France, in order to be closer to the Nostalrius server. I do not know if this is the reason for my account's termination but I truly enjoy the game and all the effort you have put into its creation.
