They can't log in for you. What are you expecting them to do. According to the staff, your account is still active. Try reseting your password and see if that works.

I hope GMs are looking at these post and banning these chars. This could ruin the server

It's already begun to impact the server. It will absolutely ruin the server if it is allowed to continue. No one wants to play on a server that becomes basically a black market trading house for high level toons.
