Dear GM,
i am a new player, i just register an account,
but when i login, it said account frozen,
please help me.

Your account has never been banned.
You probably got an automatic IP ban due to several failed login attempts. This ban will lift on its own after some time.
If you forgot your password, try to resett it here
(Sometimes a PW resett also removes the ban immediately)
